المشاعر الايجابية والتغيير نحو الافضل؟

من طموحات الانسان الواعي والمؤمن بعملية الارتقاء ان يتطور دوما، وان يقوم بابداعات مستمرة في مجالات مخلتفة، او حسب التوجه الشخصي وكذلك حسب الميول الذاتية، لذا تأتي الراحة النفسية والمشاعر الايجابية بنية أساسية، لاستقرار هذه المسألة يقول الاستاذ الدكتور محمد التكريتي في كاتبه الرائد افاق بلا حدود حينما يتحدث عن عملية الإرساء الايجابي قوله ( يحتاج الإنسان دوما في حياته إلى مشاعر ايجابية ليقوم بأداء فعالياته بكفاءة عالية ) (1) وذلك للقدرة على بناء متين للإبداع و التطور، لذا لابد من الانسجام مع برامج ذو الفعالية العالية لأن الإنسان الواعي والذكى حقا ليس هو الشخص الذي يستطيع بكل بساطة ان ينطق الكلمات والإعداد بطلاقة ! إنما هو الشخص الذي يستطيع ان يتعامل بذكاء مع الفرص والدوافع والمشكلات قد تخلقها البيئة المحيطة به (2). فالقضية الأساسية هي التطابق العملي بين إدراك الشخص بعقله وإحساسه بمشاعره مع الاندماج المنظم والمبرمج في حركة الحياة مع استثمار نقاط التميز في كينونته، فالحقيقية الايجابية مستمرة في التطور في مجالات الحياة الإنسانية إذا الزم الإنسان نفسه والتزم بقوالب تحسين الحياة ( وعلاوة على ذلك، فان التغيير لم يعد يستغرق عمرا بأكمله، فقد حققت التطورات في حقلي علم النفس والعلاج النفسي خلال الخمسين سنة الماضية تقدما هائلا . لقد أصبحنا نفهم الآن و أفضل من أي وقت مضى كيف تتكون الشخصيات؟ و كيف تستمر؟ كما اننا قد ابتكرنا طرقا سريعة نسبيا لتمكن الناس من تغيير سلوكهم و مشاعرهم، اذا كانوا يريدون ذلك (3). واذا ما اعتمد الشخص المؤمن على قوة إيمانه واصالة اعتقاده وعمل بمقتضاها، يعمل العظائم و ينجز الأهداف ( فان الإيمان بالله تعالى يجعل الإنسان قويّاً في إرادته فيستهين بالمشاكل بالتوكل على جبار السماوات و الأرض، ولا شك في ان دور التوكل عظيم جدا في دفع الفرد إلى الإقدام والشجاعة في الاقتحام لان اصل قوة القلب التوكل على الله، فمن توكل لم يهتم - ولذلك فان من توكل على الله تعالى – ذلت له الصعاب وسهلت عليه الأسباب )4 وهذا شأن كافة المسائل الإيمانية و العبادية اذا طبقها المؤمن حق التطبيق و على أسس سليمة تأتي بنتائج من حيث لم يحتسب ( ومن هنا فقد وجد الناجحون في الإيمان ملاذا لهم في مواجهة الصعاب كما وجدوه عاصما في الأزمات والقلعة التي تحميهم من الكوارث وتمنحهم الثقة والأمل والقدرة على الاستمرار في العمل على الرغم من الظروف المعاكسة احيانا (5) لذا اعتقد ان هناك توافقا عجيبا بين العلوم الإنسانية خاصة في مجال علوم النفس والهندسة النفسية وكتب برمجة الحياة ما بين الشرق والغرب فـ ( 95% ) منهم مؤمنون بالله وبالقدرة الروحية وطهارة الباطن وصفاء النفس وهذه كلها من صميم المنهج الرباني، ولا شك هذه المسألة تسر من يهتم بقضية الإنسان نحو الايجابية و الإبداع والتغيير.
