حظر شرب الخمر
قانون رقم 63 لسنة 1976 بحظر شرب الخمر
وفق أحدث التعديلات
الجريدة الرسمية العدد 26 في 24/6/1976.

رئيس الجمهورية
مادة 1
تعتبر خموراً في تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون المشروبات الروحية والكحولية والخمور المبينة بالجدول الملحق بهذا القانون ، ويجوز بقرار من وزير الداخلية إضافة أنواع أخري للجدول المذكور.


مادة 2
يحظر تقديم أو تناول المشروبات الروحية أو الكحولية أو المخمرة في الأماكن العامة أو المحال العامة ، ويستثني من هذا الحكم.
(أ‌) الفنادق والمنشآت السياحية المحددة طبقا لأحكام القانون رقم 1 لسنة 1973 في شأن الفندقية والسياحية طبقا لأحكام القانون رقم 1 لسنة 1973 في شأن الفندقية والسياحية.
(ب‌) الأندية ذات الطابع السياحي التى يصدر بتحديدها قرار من وزير السياحة طبقا لأحكام القانون رقم 77 لسنة 1975 بإصدار قانون الهيئات الأهلية لرعاية الشباب والرياضة.


مادة 3
يحظر النشر أو الإعلان عن المشروبات المنصوص عليها فى المادة السابقة بأية وسيلة.


مادة 4
تلغي التراخيص الخاصة بتقديم الخمور الصادرة للمحال العامة المشار إليها في المادة (2) من هذا القانون قبل العمل بأحكامه.


مادة 5
يعاقب كل من يخالف أحكام المادة (2) من هذا القانون بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تجاوز مائتي جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

ويعاقب بذات العقوبة مستغل المحل العام أو مديره الذي وقعت فيه الجريمة.

وتضاعف العقوبة في حالة العود في أي من الحالتين السابقتين.
ويجب الحكم فى جميع الأحوال بالمصادرة ، وبإغلاق المحل لمدة لا تقل عن أسبوع ولا تزيد على ستة أشهر.


مادة 6
يعاقب كل من يخالف أحاكم المادة (3) بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تجاوز مائتي جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

ويعاقب بذات العقوبة المسئول عن نشر الإعلان أو إذاعته بأية وسيلة.

وتضاعف العقوبة فى حالة العود فى أى من الحالتين السابقتين.


مادة 7
يعاقب كل من يضبط فى مكان عام أو فى محل عام فى حالة سكر بين بالحبس الذي لا تقل مدته عن أسبوعين ولا تزيد على ستة أشهر أو غرامة لا تقل عن عشرين جنيها ولا تجاوز جنيه ، ويجب الحكم بعقوبة حبس فى حالة العود.


مادة 8
لا تخل العقوبات المقررة بهذا القانون بأية عقوبة أشد ينص عليها قانون العقوبات أو أى قانون أخر.


مادة 9
يلغي كل حكم يخالف أحكام هذا القانون.

مادة 10
على الوزراء ، كل فيما يخصه إصدار القرارات اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون.

مادة 11
ينشر هذا القانون فى الجريدة الرسمية ، ويعمل به بعد ستين يوما من تاريخ نشره.
يبصم هذه القانون بخاتم الدولة ، وينفذ كقانون من قوانينها.

صدر برئاسة الجمهورية فى شعبان سنة 1396
( أول أغسطس سنة 1976).

Xian in China's Shaanxi Province is famous for its terracotta warriors, but it has many more things to offer as well. Being one of Xian's hottest sites, the temple was quite crowded, but since it is so large, it is still possible to find little corners without people. The temple complex is set up along an axis, with matching buildings on either side. The buildings were quite beautiful. They were mostly made of grey brick with glazed roofs. The temple houses a number of coffee shops, book stores, and shops, which I wasn't too fond of, but other than that, the temple is wonderful. There is a huge complex for the monks to live in, and the gardens hidden among the temple's many courtyards were very lovely. There are a lot of ancient artifacts hidden throughout the temple. In one area there is a forest of stupas, which are graves for prominent monks. They were very beautiful. Most of them are quite old. We spent a lot of time leisurely strolling, and relaxing in the temple. It was a beautiful spot. The ancient pagoda was stunning. The Small Wild Goose Pagoda is very dainty in its style, but the Big Wild Goose Pagoda is not. It is very solidly built and strong in design. They are two very different pagodas. I sadly did not go inside the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. This is something I will have to remedy next time I go to Xian. I've said it before, and I'll say it again here. There is so much more to Xian than just the terracotta warriors. This ancient city is really amazing and has so much to offer.

When I was traveling in Beijing, I found the courtyard hotels are very interesting, its history could dates back to 700 years ago in Jin Dynasty, although its layout and decoration were traditional style, yet all necessary modern facilities are by no means absent, besides, the staff there are very warm hearted, you will feel the sense of VIP.

Staying in a modern hotels could be quite easy around the global, but only in Beijing can you find the courtyard hotels, rooms are not many but quite cozy So these hotels may need credit card guarantee in advance, just a gestures, they will not charge it in advance.
