كلمات في الأزمات


أيتها المباركــة : إذا واجهتك أية مشكلة اجتماعية ، مالية ، نفسية .. فاتبعي الخطوات التالية :

1- الرضا بالقضاء والصبر وعدم الجزع : فلا تتسخطي على قضاء الله لا بقلبك ولا بلسانك ولا بجوارحك ، وارضي بقضاء الله ، واحمدي الله بلسانك ، وقولي : الحمد لله على كل حال ، واسألي الله العافية .

2- أن تقولي : إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون ، اللهم أجرني في مصيبتي هذه واخلفني خيراً منها .. قال صلى الله عليه وسلم : ( إلا أخلفه الله خيراً منها ) " رواه مسلم "

3- أكثري من الاستغفار : وفي الأثـر : " من لزم الاستغفار جعل الله له من كل همٍ فرجاً ، ومن كل ضيق مخرجاً ... " .

4- افزعي إلى الصلاة : تتوضئين وتصلين ركعتين فقد كان صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا حزبه أمر " أي أضاقه أو أهمه أمر " قام إلى الصلاة .

5- أصلحي ما بينك وبين الله : وذلك بإتباع أوامره واجتناب نواهيه ، وفي الحكمــة : " من أصلح ما بينه وبين الله أصلح الله ما بينه وبين الخلق " .


6- الدعاء : قال تعالى : (ادعُوني أَستَجِب لَكُم ) ، قال علي بن أبي طالب رضي الله عنه : ( ادفعوا أفواج البلاء بالدعاء ) .

دعاء اللهم : ( اللهم إني عبدك ، ابن عبدك ، ابن أمتِك ، ناصيتي بيدك ، ماض في حكمك ، عدل فيَّ قضاؤك ، أسألك بكل اسم هو لك سميت به نفسك ، أو أنزلته في كتابك ، أو علمته أحدً من خلقك ،أو استأثرت به في علم الغيب عندك ، أن تجعل القرآن ربيع قلبي ، ونور صدري ، وجلاء حزني ،وذهاب همي ) " رواه أحمد "
