الأمر برمته لا يستحق فالحياة لا تستحق منا أن نحزن عليها وفيها لحظة واحدة , وهذه حقيقة أقرها الله سبحانه وتعالي وكل رسله " فهي لو تساوي عنده جل في علاه جناح بعوضة ما سقا فيها الكافر شربة ماء " وأيضاً تؤكدها التجارب الحياتية وحياة السابقين ..
فأنظر إلي الكلمات التالية وتأملها من أناس قدّر الله أن يعيشوا ملوكاً ..
قال نابليون في سانت هيلينا " لم اعرف ستة أيام سعيدة في حياتي " وهذا نابليون الذي سطر التاريخ اسمه فاتحاً وغازياً وملكاً متوجاً ..

إذن فالحياة قصيرة وتافهة ، فلا تقصرها بالهموم والغموم وهي بكل مافيها وما عليها لا تساوي لحظة تشاؤم واحدة أو لحظة حزن واحدة , فما بالك بمن يكرسون حياتهم لهذه الحالة من الحزن واليأس والتشاؤم ؟! ويبحثون عن أشياء تدلهم علي هذا الحزن ويحزنون لو أنهم ما حزنوا يوماً أو ضيّعوا ساعة من غير حزن .. قال أحدهم يوماً " الحياة رحلة في قطار فيها محطات مليئة بالفرح و السعادة و فيها محطات مليئة بالحزن و الدموع ... و ما أكثرها! .. و هي أشبه ما تكون بالكتاب المفتوح و نحن نخط فيه ما نريد فالبعض يكتبه بأقلام الحزن و اليأس و التشاؤم ؛ و لو فكر كل إنسان في النهاية الحقة لهذه الحياة فإنه سوف يندم على كل لحظة ضاعت من عمره في الحزن و البكاء، فيجب أن يكون أكبر من كل همومه و أحزانه و عليه أن يبحث عن العلاج بكل حكمة و عقلانية و كما قال المثل من جد وجد و من زرع حصد و من سار على الدرب وصل فازرع الخير لغيرك و الحب و التفاؤل و التضحية من أجل أن يزرع لك الآخرون مثلها و لا تجعل حياتك كتاباً مغلقاً من الصعب فتحه بل اجعله مفتوحاً ليقرأه من حولك إذا شعرت بالوحدة و الحزن فلن تجزع و ابحث عن السعادة فإنك سوف تجدها حتماً في تغريد الطيور و تعانق الأزهار و براءة الأطفال واكتب سطور حياتك بقلم التفاؤل و حطم أقلام اليأس و الذكريات الحزينة على صخور الحياة مثلما تتحطم الأمواج على شواطئ البحار..." .

إذن فالطريق إلى السعادة ومن قبله النجاح والتفوق بسيط وواضح ولكنه يحتاج قبل بذل الجهد إلى اليقين والثقة في إمكانية حدوثه وتحققه والتفاؤل المستمر مهما واجه الفرد من الإخفاقات والعقبات , وحقيقة السعادة التي وصل إليها المفكرون والفلاسفة بعد طول تفكير وعظيم جهد وفناء أعمار, هي ذاتها التي لخصها رسولنا الكريم صلوات الله وسلامه عليه لأمة الهداية التامة أمة الإسلام في ثلاث كلمات جاءت بصيغة الأمر لكل من اتخذ منهج الله طريقة حياة لأنها من مقومات السعادة فيه وهذه الكلمات هي:' تفاءلوا بالخير تجدوه' فعل الشرط وجواب الشرط يأتي في أوجز عبارة ليقرر أن وجود الخير على ظهر هذه الأرض منوط أولا وأخيرا بالأمل يملأ القلوب وحسن الظن بالله تعالى أنه يكرم عباده ويجيب رجاءهم.
