أصدرت هيئة مفوضي الدولة في محكمة القضاء الإداري بمجلس الدولة في مصر حكماً يلزم نقيب المهن الموسيقية حسن أبو السعود بإصدار قرار بشطب عضوية رباب محمد توفيق حسين وشهرتها "روبي"، وما يترتب على ذلك من آثار بشطب اسمها من جدول قيد النقابة.

يأتي ذلك في وقت تشهد نقابة الموسيقيين المصريين حملة لتنقية جداول النقابة من فتيات الليل اللاتي يقمن بالغناء في الملاهي الليلية، خاصة أن الكثيرات منهن لا يمتلكن الموهبة الغنائية وتسربن إلى النقابة خلال السنوات الماضية.



ووفقا لصحيفة البيان الإماراتية السبت 13-1-2007، فقد أثبت المستشار عمرو أحمد أن الطاعن في قرار نقابة المهن الموسيقية بقيد روبي في جدول المشتغلين بالنقابة، هو المحامى نبيه الوحش له مصلحتان: شخصية وعامة من هذا الطعن.



ويقول الموسيقار فؤاد حلمي: آن الأوان لكي تعود للنقابة وقارها واحترامها. وخطوة تنقية وفلترة جداولها أمر بالغ الأهمية، وأشعر بارتياح نفسي لهذا القرار، فهذه النقابة منذ إنشائها وهي تضم كبار الموسيقيين والعازفين وليس من المعقول أن يأتي اليوم الذي تتسرب فيه أصوات هامشية ترقص في الملاهي الليلية.



وأضاف: دائماً ما أشعر بهزة داخلية نتيجة وجود أصوات كل مؤهلاتها هي لغة الجسد والعُرى. وللأسف أصبحن بحكم انضمامهن للنقابة زميلات ويطلق عليهن لقب المطربة تتساوى بعد ذلك مع أم كلثوم.

(Rybnik) POLAND - Mr Dariusz Lisowski from Marat Rybnik Sp. z o.o. passed the course entitled "Taper roller bearings" in January 2009, and became the recipient of the 50,000th certificate awarded in SKF Distributor College.
