السجن 9سنوات لسيده اجبر ابنتها على!!!!!!!!!!!!

أصدرت محكمة بمدينة روستوك الالمانية حكما يوم الجمعة بالسجن لمدة تسع سنوات على أم أجبرت ابنتها على ابتلاع سائل منظف للمرحاض 24مرة وأحرقتها بماء مغلي.

وتسبب الحمض الموجود في السائل المنظف للمرحاض في إحداث التهابات شديدة في حلق الطفلة الصغيرة وتدعى ليا - ماري في كل مرة لدرجة استدعت علاجها في المستشفى. ولكن الممرضات والاطباء أخطأوا في تشخيص حالتها واعتقدوا أنها تعاني سلاً أو اختناقاً أو تسمماً غذائياً دون اكتشاف السبب الحقيقي.

وقال القضاة إن الخطأ في علاج الطفلة التي لم تبلغ سن المدرسة بعد ربما كان يستهدف وضعها في المستشفى حتى لا تتولى الأم رعايتها.

وكان إحراق لي- ماري بالماء المغلي بينما كانت في الحمام جزءا من محاولة فاشلة للمطالبة بمبلغ ألف يورو ( 1300دولار) كتأمين ضد الحوادث. ووصفت الممرضات لي-ماري التي تبلغ الآن خمسة أعوام بأنها كانت رعديدة وتعانى من الاهمال ولكنهن كن يعيدونها كل مرة إلى رعاية أمها. واستمعت الام البالغة من العمر 27عاما والتي أقرت بسوء معاملة ابنتها إلى وصف القضاة لها بأنها قاسية القلب وشرسة دون أي تأثر وبصورة اتسمت باللامبالاة. وحكم على الاب الذي لم تتمكن المحكمة من إثبات تورطه في جريمة إساءة المعاملة بالسجن ثمانية اشهر مع إيقاف التنفيذ لضربه لي-ماري بأداة تنظيف السجاد من الاتربة . ونفى الاب هذا الاتهام وقال إنه سيستأنف الحكم.

وقالت هيئة الادعاء إنها تبحث الاتهامات الموجهة ضد الاطباء ومسؤولي رعاية الاطفال ببلدة تيتيرو حيث كان من المفترض أن يفحصوا لطفلة بصورة اكثر دقة ويتدخلوا لوقف الاذى الذي كانت تتعرض له

Footy jerseys to be sold at trivia night
Trivia buffs are urged to attend this weekend’s major fundraiser for the Wellington Community Children’s Centre, with some excellent prizes up for grabs.
An auction on the night will feature signed and framed Football Jerseys (http://www.jerseysroom.com/nfl-football-jerseys.asp) from the ACT Brumbies, Wests Tigers and NSW Waratahs player Kurtley Beale.
A signed Brisbane Broncos ball, an accommodation and dinner package in Dubbo and a children’s gift pack will also be available in the bidding process.
During the evening, there will be some great trivia rounds and lots of games, all for a good cause.
There will also be a raffle with first prize being a Nintendo Wii valued at $400.
The trivia night will be held at Wellington Soldiers’ Memorial Club from 7pm on Saturday.
Tables of six to 10 people are still available at $10 a head.
